West Valley City, Utah – Utah Grizzlies defenseman Charle-Edouard D’Astous has been named to the 2022 ECHL All-Star team.
D’Astous leads all league defenseman with 13 goals and is tied with fellow All-Star Mike Lee with 27 points. D’Astous has 4 power play goals, which leads all league blueliners. He is tied for the Grizzlies lead with 27 points.
D’Astous leads the club with 3 game winning goals, with the most dramatic one coming on January 5, 2022 with 1.7 seconds left at Idaho as Utah won 2-1. He also scored the game winner in overtime on October 30, 2021 at Allen as Utah won 4-3.
