Grizzlies Weekly: Utah Travels to Tulsa for 2 Game Set
West Valley City, Utah – The Utah Grizzlies are on the road at Tulsa for games on November 27th at 6:05 pm and Sunday, November 28th at 3:05 pm.
The Grizzlies took 2 out of the 3 games against Kansas City at Maverik Center last weekend. KC won 5-2 on November 19th. The next night Brandon Cutler contributed to all 4 Utah goals as he finished with 1 goal and 3 assists. On Sunday Peyton Jones saved 32 of 34 Kansas City shots to lead Utah to the series win. Andrew Nielsen had 2 goals and Joey Colatarci scored his first pro goal as Utah’s record climbs to 9-5.
Utah has the most standings points in the Mountain Division with 18. They have the 2nd best winning percentage in the division at .643. This weekend they face the Tulsa Oilers, who have a .650 winning percentage and a 6-3-0-1 record 10 games into the season.

Saturday, November 20, 2021 – Kansas City 2 Utah 4 – Brandon Cutler had 1 goal and 3 assists. Mason Mannek 1 goal, 1 assist. Luke Martin scored a first period power play goal. Hunter Miska saved 26 of 28. Charle-Edouard D’Astous had 2 assists. Utah went 1 for 7 on the power play and a perfect 5 for 5 on the penalty kill as well as a shorthanded goal by Cutler in the first period.
