Springtime On The Ranch
In one of the toughest places to play in minor league hockey, the Grizzlies have had their most success in Colorado in March and April over the last three seasons. Utah is 7-2-1-0 at Budweiser Events Center all-time in March and April.
The Grizzlies will look to stay out of the penalty-box and manage the power-play this weekend in Colorado after the Eagles did most of their damage in the just expired three game series on special teams and with late empty-netters. Utah outscored Colorado 4-3 five-on-five over the three games; including 3-1 Saturday and Monday.
Grizzlies veteran Michael Pelech added two second period goals Monday and has scored three of the Grizzlies last four goals.
The final Wild Wednesday of the regular season will be Wednesday, April 5 and will feature $5 Lower Bowl Student Tickets and $2 Hot Dogs, $2 Soft Drinks, $2 Churros and $4 Grizzlies Goal-Den Ale.
Fan Appreciation Weekend
The Grizzlies host Fan Appreciation Weekend Friday, April 7 and Saturday, April 8. The weekend will feature any ticket in the lower bowl for $13, excluding rinksides at the Maverik Center Box Office. Fans can also add on a gyro and a soft drink for $10.
